MFRI 2025 STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS IS UNDERWAY

 Take the MFRI 2025 Survey!

In 2015, the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute will celebrate 85 years of providing fire, rescue and EMS training regionally, nationally and internationally. Our success has been based on the contributions of many individuals and organizations over the years. In order to be proactive, MFRI is preparing the MFRI 2025 Strategic Plan. This planning process will include internal and external evaluations of the Institute and will identify the strategic issues that will become our focus in the coming decade.

One of the initial steps in the strategic planning process is the MFRI 2025 Survey. The questions in the survey concern the entire organization as well as your interaction with the Institute. The questions cover many aspects of the organization and are intended to assess key areas of performance, leadership, customer service and employee satisfaction. Each question should be answered according to your own experience and opinion, and should reflect your perception of present overall conditions. Space is provided at the end of each section for any comments that you may have. These comments will be transcribed and grouped with others according to common themes as part of the survey results analysis. The results of the survey will be summarized and will guide the next step in the strategic planning process. This survey is completely confidential and will take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this survey is very important to the future of MFRI and our programs, so please click on the link above and take a few moments to complete it.

The data breach announced by the University of Maryland does not affect MFRI students, our systems are maintained separately from the UMCP systems. MFRI Field Instructors who have a university ID card are potentially affected. More information can be found at the University of Maryland's website
