From Baltimore - Take I-95 South. From the Beltway (I-95/I-495) you can either take the College Park Exit and follow onto I-495 east to the first exit (Exit #25, Route 1 South). Follow Route 1 and make a left turn onto Paint Branch Parkway. You also can continue on the Beltway to Exit #23 onto Kenilworth Avenue South. Turn right on Paint Branch Parkway, go under the Metro overpass and make a right turn at the traffic light to enter the MFRI Headquarters' parking lot.

From Virginia and Points South - Take I-95 North to I-495 toward Baltimore, to Exit #23 South onto Kenilworth Avenue. Turn right on Paint Branch Parkway, go under the Metro overpass and make a right turn at the traffic light to enter the MFRI Headquarters' parking lot.

From West - Take I-270 to I-495 North/East (Inner Loop) to exit 25B-A Baltimore Ave./College Park/Laurel exit 25B/Baltimore Ave/ College Park. Bear right on Baltimore Avenue (US 1). Continue on this road. Turn left on Paint Branch Parkway and make a left turn at the traffic light to enter the MFRI Headquarters' parking lot.

From East - Route 50 to I-495 North/West (Outer Loop). Take US Route 1 South towards College Park. Turn left onto Paint Branch Parkway, make a left at the light to enter the MFRI Headquarters' parking lot.
