Custom Training

MFRI has built a reputation for quality safety training by providing practical, hands-on experience for the participants. Employees who experience regulatory compliance training under MFRI's guidance actually perform the duties just as they would in the workplace.

MFRI is able to supply your personnel with site-specific training related to your facilities and equipment. Whenever it is possible, MFRI prefers to train at the facility utilizing the surroundings and equipment with which the employee will be working. Site-specific programs are the key to successful and cost-effective regulatory compliance training. OSHA recommends, and in many cases requires, safety training which is realistic to the working conditions. Site-specific training provided at the facility also reduces the training time per employee and eliminates the employee travel expenses.

MFRI's Industrial Training Specialists are available to inspect, review, analyze, and recommend safety training programs that will meet your unique requirements. The training package provided by MFRI will be:

The instructors utilized in the industrial program are faculty and adjunct faculty of MFRI. The MFRI instructors are experienced in emergency services and industry safety concepts. In addition, there are State of Maryland requirements for certification and recertification for emergency service instructors.
