Looking at the instructor's perspective, how do we as instructors look past the regular "how to teach," "how students learn," tools to use, and look towards the instructor's introspection? How do I as an instructor consider all the variables from feedback, surveys, evaluations, and inputs to become a better instructor? We need to consider introspection (why) as opposed to retrospection (what). We must engage in peer conversation about challenges instructors face while attempting to improve their perspective. After all, we are students ourselves. We need to improve, learn, and provide students with the best product possible.
