Instructional Hours: 3.00

What is every instructor's goal for their adult classes? To have students learn? To have students remember? To have students be able to use what they have learned in your class in their jobs, in their volunteer company, or in everyday life? If you answered yes, this class will help you optimize your classes to achieve these ends. Given information from lecture, discussion, and group activities, the student will be able to:

  • Describe the differences between equality and equity.
  • Describe factors that affect adult learning.

  • Describe the learning styles of adult learners.
