This course introduces fire and emergency response instructors to responsible uses of generative AI to support instruction. Grounded in the TPACK framework, the session emphasizes sound pedagogy, instructor judgment, and practical application. Participants engage in hands-on activities to explore AI-supported instructional tasks. They also connect through a Community of Practice to share resources, ask questions, and sustain learning beyond the session.
Prerequisites
Current, MICRB-certified Instructor
Students must bring an electronic device (e.g. laptop, tablet, etc.) capable of connecting to the internet
