This course has prerequisites. You must provide proof that you have met all prerequisites to the MFRI HQ Office sponsoring this course.
Prerequisites: (1) Students must be a current, licensed NREMT or Maryland Emergency Medical Technician; or who are seeking reinstatement as a licensed Maryland Emergency Medical Technician. **Students seeking reinstatement must provide the coordinating MFRI office with documentation from MIEMSS authorizing them to enroll prior to being accepted into the course.**

(2) This course is exclusively delivered online and requires the use of an electronic device capable of connecting to the internet, an internet web browser and a unique, valid email address not shared with another individual.


(1)This course cannot be used for Maryland EMT Reciprocity.

(2)All students must provide a unique email address that is not shared with another student.

(3)All students must include their MIEMSS Provider ID on their registration application. **Registration applications received without a valid MIEMSS Provider ID included will automatically be rejected.**

(4)All students will be seated, provided space is available, unless they have an outstanding balance with the University of Maryland, including MFRI. Student placement confirmation and course access information emails will be sent several days prior to the posted start date.

(5)All online applications must receive Training Officer Approval no later than three (3) days after the posted course start date in order to be seated in the course.
