The session will deliver practical, actionable instructional strategies tailored specifically to the high-stakes, hands-on nature of Fire and EMS training. Instructors will learn how to adapt their teaching methodologies, modify classroom delivery, and implement inclusive techniques that support diverse learning styles without compromising rigorous safety standards. Finally, the workshop will provide a comprehensive toolkit of available resources and support systems that educators can readily access to foster student success.
